Recovering "All-or-Nothing" person
I’ve always been someone who cared deeply about doing things well. I set big goals, followed through, and took a lot of pride in being someone people could count on.
Over the years, that drive led me into leadership roles across multiple high-responsibility environments.
I’ve run nonprofit organizations.
I’ve worked in aviation, where details matter and pressure is part of the job description.
I’ve built a network marketing business while working full time, learning firsthand what it takes to stay consistent even when motivation isn’t always there.
On paper, everything looked successful.
But behind the scenes, I was constantly swinging between extremes.
All in.
All the time.
Until I couldn’t sustain it anymore.
Then pulling back.
Questioning everything.
Promising myself I’d “start fresh on Monday.”
I thought this was just what ambition required.
Push harder.
Stay disciplined.
Keep proving yourself.
But eventually I realized that I couldn't keep living like that... and I needed to start actually living.
When I started learning more about mindset, behavior patterns, and the way high-achieving women often tie their worth to performance, everything started to click.
I had built a set of invisible rules that made success feel heavier than it needed to be.
Rules like:
• rest has to be earned
• slowing down means falling behind
• consistency only counts if it looks impressive
• if I can’t do it perfectly, there's no point
Once I started questioning those rules, everything changed.
I still love meaningful goals.
I still care deeply about doing things well.
I still believe ambition can be a beautiful thing.
I just don’t believe success has to feel like constant pressure anymore.
Now I make sure fun is always on the agenda, connecting with friends comes high on my prioriry list... and I'm sure to take care of my health before I sit at my desk all day.
I don't do it perfectly, but I do it on purpose now.
I'm honored to help other ambitious women find the balance that took me so long to find in every season of their lives.
Most ambitious women live in extremes.
All in.
Or completely checked out.
Obsessed... making their new goal their entire personality
Or silently quitting & starting over Monday.
My work helps you learn how to operate in the middle — where real progress actually happens.
